1. 1. Use bond paper of 85 GSM. Those who wish to take Xerox from softwarezone should buy their bond papers themselves.
2. 2. Only one ‘l’ in ‘fulfilment’
3. 3. Use the attached emblem coz its clarity is good
4. 4. Front page,certificate page and all the results(waveforms) should be printed in color.
5. 5. Put dots after ‘Reg’ and ‘No’, i.e. like Reg. No.
6. 6. .Don’t use dots in b/w initials of names. E.g. “Jayaraj V S”
7. 7. Softwarezone has no options for color printing the ‘front binding page’. So those who are decided to bind reports from software zone should send their corrected front page to Ajesh ASAP. He will forward all to that “chettan” for doing outside…
8. 8. Keep two CD’s while submitting report, containing the thesis report in ‘word doc’ and in ‘PDF’format. The CD’s should be in proper CD cover.Write thesis title and reg.no. on the top of CD with a good marker.
9. As per JVS, the final date for report submission is on 2/09/2013,Friday.
