Touchstone test	17th September 2013

Eligibility Criteria:

• Consistent 60% throughout academics
• Maximum of 1 backlogs can be permitted, however it is mandatory for the candidate to clear the backlog before he /she join TCS.
• Maximum upto 24 Months break (Education / Work) is permissible with valid reasons & proofs.
• Education after 10th should be completed in stipulated period (within the specified duration of College / University)
• Age Minimum 18 Years & Maximum 28 Years.
• *In PG courses only the below disciplines would be considered for hiring
  
  

Test Exemption Criteria:
The following categories of candidates will be exempt from the Analytical Section of the TCS Online Test, TouchStone. However, it is mandatory for all candidates (including test exempt category) appearing for the TCS selection process to clear the Verbal Ability Section of the test to qualify for the further rounds.

• UG: 79%
• PG: 82%
• Note Candidates who fall under test exempt category should secure 75% and above in Xth. XIIth/Equivalent Diploma.

The Top 5 academic performers of any five  disciplines from the below list, will be exempt from the Analytical Section of TouchStone test. The Top 5 performers should be determined only on the basis of academic records.

Documents to be provided:

• Day 1 Email confirmation.
• CGPA Conversion formula on Institute letter head signed by Head of the Institute. *(If Applicable)*
• List of Toppers *(Top 5 Students from any 5 branches are exempted from the test)*on Institute letter head signed by Head of the Institute. **(No waiver for any candidate with pending backlogs at the time of selection process)**
