Some useful information.

HC order: in case you know the Party's name / Order Date / or Name of Lawyer -- you can search and download the judgment copy. All orders are listed on the HC website.


CCI : the DLF case may be different, but for cheating you cannot approach CCI, it will be rejected and moreover CCI is a cumbersome organisation, it requires a lot of legal acumen.


RTI : This is very simple, you should file the application individually and write/print a 1 page application with very simple questions. Pls buy a Rs 10 Postal order and send tomorrow being Saturday from any Post Office near your house. <>>

After 15 days send 1 more reminder. after 30 days sent to next level. I had some success through RTI and we can extarct information on individual basis. Application + Rs 10 postal order can be sent through any Post office by Speed Post.

EOW is now at mandir marg police station since January 2012 and we all are receiving the calls to enquire if we have recvd. the principal and the interest amt.

the case is already at High court delhi . The e o w telephone no. is 011- 23745317 and the new i.o is man mohan singh.....I too received the call from them last week.

the last hearing in high court was on 2nd May 2012...

We should also send our complaints about the abuse of the dominant position of this builder to C CI ( competetion commission of India ) , K G Marg , New Delhi



Also complete details about cci can be found on the net ... CCI fined DLF , a giant in real estate by Rs 630 crores last year in August for exploiting the customers in the Belaire case where they abused their dominant position in the market by building 29 floors against 19 floors as promised to the investors...............search on the net pls.

Don't get disheartened, I hadpursued complaints of my six nears and dears against M-tech and recovered back the entire principle amount plus 25000/- as cost in each case. I do care for all M-techVictims and feels that my nears and dears have gone up to 600 in numbers, please remain in touch.

Kindly include me in the mailing list. We booked a flate in Dec. 2006 in Blare Dharuhera. Paid a total of Rs.763150.Lodged a surrender applicationalong with original receiptsin March 2009. Till now they did not make any refund. On our persistence they sent us a stamp paperfor our signitures. It says that we want to sell the allotment at a cost 30% less than the amount we have paid. I am sure some more investors must have received such documents. Do I need to lodge a separate complaint with EOW, Police or where ever. I would be thankful If any body can send me a copy of a complaint with address of the personto whome it is to be sent.

Am also one of the victims. Invested in pre-launch offer from M-tech
in Camelia Gardens 11 at Bhiwadi in Jan 2006. So far nothing has
happened.
How can the amount paid be recovered from M-tech. I have just a
receipt of the payment made nothing more than that.
No idea how to approach EOW or some other genuine org. which can help
recover the money.

Recovering money is not a very easy process...

Instead of getting into the niitigrities of why they did not deliver promise/did not fulfil commitments/did not give plots etc, people should seek refund now....and for sure refund is not going to come by group discussion on mail...We did the same and learnt the lesson the harder way..we also wasted time on mails...finally we woke up, approached courts and got the money....thanks to certain enlightened brains across whom we came in touch in 2009....
