Hi Rajan,

I wish u all the luck in ur endeavor. I am in talks with the Builder and getting my refunds so far although with a lot of leg work and delays. I would join your group at the instance of first default by the Builder. However, I am more inclined for filing a complaint with Economic offence Wing. I know various people in the journalism industry being having the same background myself. If needed, I would contact media friends to throw light upon the fraud of M-Tech Builders and their continuous harassment towards innocent investors.

Please keep me posted for all the progress in your case. May be we could be of help to each other in this case.

Hi Vijeta, rajan,

Looks like you are new to the mailing list. There are several people in this list, who did all the things you mentioned (EOW, contacting media, filing case in consumer court) and even then it took us 1.5-2 long harassing years to get anything back (Without interest).

I urge you ALL to take immediate action against MTech - the more legal the better. Forget media, visiting Mtech office etc. The builder is a fraud. Period. They'll say a whole lot of things and not do it.

Would just like to know if you have got a refund of your money as yet ? I am too planning to knock legal doors. Can you suggest me what is a better way - filing a complaint with court or EOW ?

yes I have got refund of principal amount only. I had filed a complaint in EOW and then used other contacts to exert pressure on Mtech. However all this was long back. I am sure these methods won't work anymore. EOW is useless since there are too many cases against the same builder. You must do that to bring him closer to an arrest but it won't get your money back for you.

There are several others in this group who had filed cases in consumer courts and have got full refund including lawyers fees and interest/damages etc. Please do go in for that immediately without second thoughts. If you can file a criminal case, even better.

any body willing to file consumner complaint against MTECH Developers. i along with two other colleagues of mine are going to file the case against Mtech. Any person willing to join are Welcome as in one case too many people will make case strong.

i have filed case at consumer court with the help of Mr Vikas gupta,advocate ( mob. no. 9811027144 ). u can contact him. we are already three person filling case against M tech developer for refund of our money with interest. i personally feel that going to consumer court or any other court thru advocate is the right way. the consumer court is in institutional area in meh rauli behing qutab hotel, Mehrauli. this place the Near & behind IIT Delhi & JNU.

The Delhi Police EOW is in Ground Floor.

If you enquire you will find so may complaints in both the offices.
