Hi All , If any one applying for new case or EOW against Mtech Please
let me know I am also planning to file..
These days I am in US So I could not file case for long time.. I had
reserved 2BHK Flat in BHIWADI near GGN and paid Rs 1.4lac amount in
year 2006.. 3 year before they gave me cheque of Rs. 99K and got
bounced....After that I tried to call them many times but nothing
happened....

I am new to this group. I and a friend of mine booked an apartment
each in MTech Heights in 2006. Visited site 2 weeks back, its still in
the same state.

Can see some Villas and a few towers in Camilla Garden. Don't know
whether to take it as a +ve sign and a ray of hope.

However, I am convinced that I don't want to waste time further. Will
be great if you or anyone in the group can update us on the procedure
of filing a complaint.

Whether we do it by mail (online or post), is there a format/ form or
is it a simple letter along with the receipt etc.

The people at builder's office don't pick up the phone or offer some
flimsy explanations.

Also, please let me know if any political pressure (Rajasthan/
Haryana) can help in claiming the hard earned money from MTech.
