Dear All, Alok had written in June 2010 that M tech is talking/coming to refund money? Has it been done actually ? Please update if any of you have received back the money and interest etc. Manish

Hi,

We got our money back recently and it was out of court settlement without interest but 100% principal. We had our case filed with eow and it took about an year to settle.

It was broken instalments of 3 months with DD not cheques... and that too was recorded in the court while giving first DD with a clause if they fail to give the rest of  the amount then their initial DD will be forfeited.

HI,

My simple advice is to file FIR in EOW, i think u can spend 2-3 hours to recover your 2 / 3/ 10 lacs.


Just see the statistics, MTech has fooled 500+ people, but the number of FIRs are dismal only 38 +.


If we all file an FIR and then put an RTI after 15 days, the police has to respond.
