Group action

Hi everyone

I think concerted action is required for any result with this developer. Some of the things that've been discussed are -
1 - EOW complaints           [ some people have already done it]
2 - Consumer court cases   [ some people have already done it]
3 - Engaging a lawyer         [ there was some talk,but not sure if there was any result]
4 - Media                           [ some are pessimistic about media engagement, but we could try a different approach]
5 - RTI                               [ what I suggested earlier, in order to at least get the truth on the status of land ownership]
6 - Website                       [ I am suggesting this as a new mode - let us build a website which we can pass on to people and use to showcase what has been happening. I am happy to help build it and the cost of hosting will be very low]

In order to plan for such concerted action, we need to be a group. However I know there is one factor before we can get everyone together, which is that there are two distinct groups of people in this egroup today -
1 - those that have already filed for refund and done eow complaint etc - your main interest is to get max money back - right?
2 - those that are invested but haven't taken action yet due to indecision - which includes me - our main interest i suppose, is to take one course whichever is fastest and "complete" - whether it is moneyback, or whether it is possession. [Btw my main 'confusion' is that we knew this project was a CLP since beginning, so its a catch 22 that if we dont' pay, nothing will get built and vice versa]

Now even though there are two groups here, I think we can still be one and use common ways to achieve our goals. #1 might be able to get money and #2 people could reach some compromise with the builder or also get money.

I suggest we meet this weekend to discuss this, maybe in CP or preferably at someone's house where it is easier to discuss in a large group. I think our first action should be to create a "MTech Develop Customers" group and use that for all communication.

Please can everyone provide their yes/no to this plan?

Hi, If we can meet some place in Delhi and make  a collective decision , I am all for it.Please mention the date and time.All of us want our money back from these crooks, however , many of us are in disimilar situations.. Most in this group are connected with Camelia Garden, there are others caught in projects in Goa etc.Others have recieved checks,still others are holding reciepts,etc etc.  But all want our money back.Please ,lets all collect together, probably do a Dharna and sloagan shouting in front of their office.Probably that may attract the Media ?? Err.. I meant mtech developer's customer group, which is a group of
all investors of mtech.

As for the website - it allows you to put up a structured face to the
whole thing and show the whole story properly since 2006 to now. We
could put up various photos as well as scans of adverts from them. And
a link to the egroup for people to join. If we host it on google pages
it has an even better chance of being found by internet searchers.

Haan, you are right, if we get possession in 2010 nothing is better than that, but they cant give it by 2010 because on site i think not more than 10% work has been completed and its always better to take out ur money from this fraud company.

n neither wd they be able to contribute anything in the direction of "getting possession".

    OTHER'S HARD EARNED MONEY, CAN NOT PLAN OR EXECUTE A PROJECT FOR WHICH THEY DON'T HAVE RESOURCES.

    THEY DID NOT INVEST ANYTHING FROM THEIR POCKET AND THE LAND THEY PURCHASE FROM OUR MONEY HAS

    THREE TIMES VALUE NOW AND THESE SHAMELESS CREATURES DON'T EVENT HAVE AN INTENSION TO RETURN EVEN

    CAPITAL PAID BY INNOCENT INVESTORS.

 

    Secondly if u think of gong to consumer court , u are heading in right direction, u will definately get ur investment , sooner or later,

    u can as well file a complint in economic offence wing, after u do both these things it wll take approx one more year before u

    can expect something.

I would too like to share my personal experience of having visited their site. When I talked about surrendering my Flat in M-Tech Heights, Bhiwadi Project; M-Tech proposed me to transfer it in Camellia Project, Bhiwadi which as per them was ready. They committed to give its possession at the time of Diwali.

I spared time & personally visited the site. To my shock, there was no boundary line. Neither was the project in completion stage nor was any labour employed to complete it for Diwali possession.

This builder is a big time fraud & when you visit their office at Ashram you personally can have the sight of it. They have all highly incompetent and rash people occupying senior designations in their office. Even their so called MD - Sharma is the biggest shameless creature. He has no sense how to talk to people.

Amit Jha is the biggest lier. And his secretary Tarun is a creature from different planet altogether. In total, this is the worst experience for me to have stuck my money with these fraud people.

I would request all the investers not to give any further money to them at the name of any projects. They are cheaters & should be thrown behind the bars.

If you have any idea surpassing your mind to give them further money, please visit their site first. You would know the real story yourself.
