same here, have you taken any action??
Still there must be many buyers who must be stuck with M Tech Builders.
If we can create a group of all those buyers tthen we can get our refund back
and we dont need to go to builder for that , we will get our money once we get together, so its a request to all buyers who are still stuck with M Tech builder.

Who so ever hs not received there payment and interested to get it back, reply to this msg with there contact detail and M tech developers project they have invested. 
Lets do it ASAP and close this by next year.

Simple is to file a case to consumer court and economic offence wing.
I and many more persons received money by this way even 6-7 year back
But u or your lawyer have to spare some time to visit consumers court 4-6 time, if you have proof of money paid to them

I have been able to take my money from the builder with interest via help of filing a consumer case. Process took roughly around 8 years, with intermittent payments post 4-5 years.

The battle was supported by the lawyer in cc of this mail.

Wow Rajat, 8 years! We took ours (principal amount only) by 2007-8 itself. I was infuriated enough to drag the builder to court but considering the effort and our judicial system, decided to cut losses there.

I have booked a 2BHK flat in camellia garden in 2006 and still haven't got flat .
those who are still trapped with M Tech developers and wish to get there money back,
we all need to meet regarding it. 
those who are interested should mail there name and no. and we will finalise a place where we all can meet and discuss what action we actually require to take to get our money back with this fraud builder ASAP.
