We are writing this email to report corruption, barratry, dupery & fraud executed by M-Tech Developers (http://www.mtechdevelopers.com/home.html), M-Tech Developers launched more than five projects and collected multy crores of rupees from innocent peoples, the builder has not yet started construction because for couple of projects they do not have land / no approval /no plan to start project, for couple of projects builder has done over booking. in bottom line builder has not handed over the project to customers as promised

We have been betrayed by M-Tech Developers, we have been duped by Md. Mohinder Sharma & C.O.O, Amit Kumar Jha. It seams that they have executed this very carefully and planned. They started these projects in 2006 and are holding money since 2006
This is also evident that the fraud is not only executed by M-Tech developers but there are others attached to scam like Govt officials and Media personals, one of victim filed R.T.I and discovered that there are more than 209 complaints registered with EOW and there are many cases filed in consumer court. Also there are few complaints registered with Core India (Jago grahak jago cell), But, there is no action from EOW or Any other Govt bodies
The builder group uses all type of powers against complaints registered
M-Tech had committed criminal breach of trust and fraud in the tune of more than 200 crores. Around 209 companies had already being lodge with economic offences wing. The M-Tech has agreed and mentioned that they have returned Rs 176,00,00,000. Just imagine if this amount is kept in Bank for one year how much interest can be made
M-Tech gave publication of advertisement for launching projects at Goa , Daruhera and Bhiwadi and collected crores of money from Citizens and NRI's, but they duped all of us but taking money on false claims.
Its been four years M-Tech has taken our money and not returning it, we have tried our best but.....:(
We are normal citizens; we do not have any extra ordinary power to overcome builders like M-Tech, we need your help !
I am one of the customers, I have given them my mothers retirement money, I am not sure when will I get my money back
We want to meet you and discuss matter in details, so please spare your valuable time for us and provide dat e & time for meeting, we appeal you to please help us
In meeting following will be agenda for discussion
a) How can you help us
b) We have already given Byte to multiple media channels but nothing happened after that, we did not even here from media after that we will also like to discuss on that matter
