Dear Mr Ghosh ,

   

    What i think is , they are not having any intention to give away other's money so easily, these parascites eat their bread and butter out of the stolen money from others. They are immune to insult socially and publically - in person or in media ,  they employ corrupt / suspended people from govt departments on wages to save themselves from law machinary , and the only way to have them pay back is when the court orders them to do so....... there can be NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE!!!!!!, consumer court proceedings are cost effective , the way i am trying it, and if it doesnot give result another option is civil suite against them , - this can be done collectively to keep cost effectiveness for recovery.

Dear All,

This is my experience of spending almost whole of Monday in M-Tech office in Ashram.

 

 I went with colour photocopy of the receipts and mentioned in my application that I will submit all original documents only when they issue payment of entire amount of refund. Mr Tarun Srivastav (P.A of Amit Jha) received it and signed and stamped my receipt copy. He asked me to fill a surrender form which I didn't. Further I met Mr Amit Jha (CEO) who also agreed to release my payment. Mr Srivastav asked me to wait and the next two hours whenever he met me he said I am sure to get some payment by evening. Then he said i will get atleast 50000/- when my total principal amount due is 450000/-!

 

Then he came with a form asking me to withdraw the complaint at EOW which again I didn't.

 

By then I realised Mr Amit Jha was just trying to act sweet and had dismissed me in the morning giving the impression he was ready to release lady's money.If I agreed to any of their demands I would actually go through a process where every month they would release some 20 to 30thousand and again a neve ending process of spending a whole day at their office begging to clear a cheque.

 

So I left and request all of you please advice what should be my next step. I shall post photos of both M-Tech Receipt Copy and the forms they wanted us to fill.

Greetings Everyone,

 

My only suggesstion,  can anyone give a brief about what and where all the complaints need to be raised or registered against M-Tech.

 

That would help all of us to do the needfull asap.

 

if someone can list down all the Courts/Websites/offices where we need to write or register our complaint against M-TECH that would be really helpful to others.  OR would be nice to create a sheet or google document and make it available to all the members. 

 

One another request.  Can all the concerned member list down there contacts number, names, etc in a sheet  which can be part of the group.  That would help us to contact one another if any help is required.

 

And I would request everyone to please file the complaint/case asap to make our case more strong.
