i would also like to do complaint in Consumer court.
If somebody can tell the address, then i can also lodge the compliant.

    There are several others in this group who had filed cases in consumer courts and have got full refund including lawyers fees and interest/damages etc. Please do go in for that immediately without second thoughts. I believe that the Builder is alotting smaller plots of size 150-200 sq yds.
Larger plots are likely to be alotted as they say in 6 months.
When asked for refund they are saying that the refund can be given in installments of 10% per month that too after 4 months after getting a request.
