This race was the ultimate test of up hill and pace setting I've ever
imagined. Passing people was also very tricky, don't be surprised if I
try some over the giant rock through the trees or just a straight up
kick to your frame while riding with me. I have to train for next
years race somehow. By the end of the race I didn't want to look at my
bike for a week, but the next day I was talking about training harder
for next years event. Thanks to everyone who supported the North
Dakotans during the race and talked all of us into the 5-7 hour
nightmare. Peace out Chad

I agree, I only blew my self up like 10 times then recovered like 5
times left me with 5 in the hole! Happy I'm still able to type on the
keyboard after this race!

You guys summed it up well. The Dakota 5-0 = PAIN. Anybody from the
Bis/Man who took the initiative to go down there and give it a try
should pat themselves on the back. We experience nothing like that
terrain here in Nodak. This was my second year riding in it, and I can
tell you that it was ALOT less suffering the second time around. I
felt a lot more confident this year then last, simply cause I knew
what hell was lurking in woods. Can't wait till next year, when I can
hopefully resist the temptation of Flanegans the night before and not
get dehydrated! -Tyler
