G’day All,
Here is a poster that hopefully explains MTBA membership and the Day Permit Rebate Scheme in a concise manner. Please pass on to others who may be interested and there will be hard copies at the next Summer Series on Tuesday, 31 January.

MTBA Day Permit Rebate Scheme (PRS)
Concept.
The concept is simple. MTBA will discount a member's full 2012 MTBA membership fee by $30 if they:
• Submit a membership form to MTBA within the 2012 calendar year, and
• Provide copies of three day permit forms in their name purchased in the previous 12 months from the date of membership submission (including those purchased in 2011). Day permits purchased using the MTBA on-line system are accepted, in which case copies of the emailed transaction record showing the applicant's name and transaction reference number must be provided, and
• Join a club and pay their club fee in full.
• MTBA carries the rebate; The club still gets it’s full club fee.
Applicability
• PRS is only available for Senior and Junior membership classes.
• PRS is not available for Dirtmaster, Social or any value-add scheme membership classes.
Operation.
Member: The PRS is only available by paper application.
• The membership application must be sent to MTBA through the club they have chosen to join.
MTBA PO Box 17 Mirani Queensland 4574 T 07 4959 1913 e...@mtba.asn.au
• All the paperwork as detailed above must be included at the time of application. Part applications (applications without all the supporting paperwork) will not be accepted by the club.
• Pay the club their fee plus the nominated MTBA membership fee minus the $30 Rebate.
