6 HOUR HELPERS NEEDED
The small but hard working 6 Hour committee is madly pulling everything
together to ensure the smooth running of our clubs main annual event
next weekend. We need your help to set up transition on Saturday
afternoon at 2pm. This will include erecting the marquees, setting up
timing and bunting off transition and camping areas. Many hands will
make this a quick job, so if you have an hour or 2 to spare, please turn
up at 2pm on Saturday 14th. We will also need numbers on the ground to
pull it all down after the race on Sunday, so again if you can help out
with that, it would be much appreciated.
I think we should be
right on the day for helpers at headquarters with PJ, Greg Day, Shane
Delves, Rob Tye and Dave all offering to help out for the day. If anyone
else wants to volunteer their time, please let me know, especially the
hour or two before the start when we are the most busy.
