Hello ca'c Truong,

First of all, thank you for accepting our invitation to be in ban to chuc (truong ca'c ban) sa mac dtdp cana V. Please use the email group mtb_bt...@googlegroups.com to contact everyone in ban to chuc.

Attached is the schedule for the camp and ban phan cong (task for each ban). Ca'c Truong ban, please take a look at both attachments and start the planning process to complete the tasks.

You can start recruiting more Huynh Truong (in any form of communication :)  into your ban as needed and start coordinating with ca'c Truongs. 

We will also be setting up another email gruop that contains all Huynh Truong that attended DTDP camp to help you with the recruiting process.

Our next BTC meeting is set (tentatively) for Wednesday on May 8th, 2013 - a checkpoint for all of us.
