Hello everyone,

I have attach a list of materials that I will bring. I have also included that some doan help to bring some material as well. If your doan can't bring any of the stuff, please inform me and I'll work something out.

Right now I have 8 walkie talkie, I would like to have a total of 15. If any doan could bring some that would be great. Please inform me if you can.

Ban Ve Sinh: I have a lot of hand sanitizer and wipes so I will bring that for you.

I attached a rough copy of the layout of camp. If you would like to change anything, be my guest.

Dear BKT, and Ban Ghi dan

Just few suggestions and plan for Sleeping arragement for cac em. Vien, ban ghi danh and BKT please let me know if you have any concern.

I plan for the sleeping arrangement as below.

1)  I will have the kids sleep by team and village instead by gender suggest by BKT. The team will decorate their tent and villages so we need to group them by village.

2) When I work on the team rosters, I plan to have equal # of gender by village to share tent. There are 15 member in each team. So by villages, we should have enough   # of girls and boys to share tents.

3) At each tent, ban ghi danh will have a roster of who will sleep in this tent. This roster will be put inside a ziploc bag and attach to the tent. Ban ghi danh also have the duplicate roster to know who sleeping where.

That's why I need 12 HT to help me with each team to assign kids to their team and record their name.  I need volunteer to help me with the sleeping arrangement.

The location that BKT pick out for tent is good location. Just make sure instead of arrange the tent by gender as shown in the map, please setup the tents and Ban Ghi Danh and ban Truc will assist in assign kid to the tents arrange by village.
