Looking for Rental House starting November/December

Hi there, my parents (two very tidy and respectful seniors) are relocating to the area in the fall, we are looking for a rental house in East Mount Airy but open to other ares of West Mount Airy and Chestnut Hill.

Starting early for the search in case someone knows of something opening up - if anyone has any leads let me know!
