We are moving out of our rental at 83 W Sedgwick St on May 25th and are looking for an individual or family interested in taking over the remainder of our lease through August 25th, with the option to continue. It's an end-of-row house with three bedrooms and 1 bathroom just around the corner from Acme, the Mt. Airy playground, and Lovett Library. We're moving because we purchased a home in the neighborhood.
