What are the PreRequisite for mtail ??
Will it work with Java Environment.

The mtail program is all self contained. It doesn't use the JVM. You can download one of the prebuilt binaries from the GitHub release page, use the Debian package, or build it yourself.
Other than that, the prerequisites you need are a computer and some log files.
