How to easily download all station-level weekly fare data

Hello,

To easily collect station-level weekly fare data, I created an R tool that scrapes all the download links in the Fare Data webpage and downloads data from the links. It worked when I first ran it, but now I am getting an error message as below: "Error in open.connection(4L, "rb"):HTTP error 404."

I wonder if the system blocks such access, and if so, what would be the easiest way to download all station-level weekly datasets.
