Using MTA logo

Hey guys I'm new around here, just wanted to ask who do I have to ask permission to, so I can use the subway and bus logo. My team and I made this SUPERB new ROBLOX train Obby and also wanted to use the door chimes to make sound for the game. We tried reaching the CEO of the MTA but we only have the address for the office, so we cant contact him. Does anyone have more ideas?
