Been waiting multiple days for a bustime API key

Hi, I applied for a bustime API key on the following page via the Google form:

https://register.developer.obanyc.com/

The page seemed to indicate that a response would come within half an hour, but it's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything. Are API keys still being issued?

We were able to confirm that the form at https://register.developer.obanyc.com/ is valid. Please resubmit, as you likely submitted incorrect information when you filled out the form.
