API Request for Subways in 2025

I am a PhD Student and I am trying to find API for Subway but i am not able to understand how to get from this page - https://api.mta.info/#/subwayRealTimeFeeds

Those are endpoints that you can use with any client that supports GTFS-RT(https://gtfs.org/documentation/realtime/reference/). It uses protobufs so any common language can support it. The site has some links to popular ones.
