Error accessing Open Data Portal

Hello,

I've been trying to access http://web.mta.info/developers/ but I get:

> Access Denied

> You don't have permission to access "http://web.mta.info/developers/" on this server.

>

> Reference <random dynamic string>

The same happens with http://mta.info/ and the only MTA site that seems to be accessible at this point is https://api.mta.info/

Is this expected behaviour?

The developer portal is currently located at https://new.mta.info/developers - are you able to access that? The web.mta.info/developers page is deprecated, we have several things to work out before we would be able to decommission it.

Unfortunately, no - same error message:
