Static GTFS Bus data down?

Attempts to download the GTFS Bus files appear to be down. I've accessed it regularly, since the MTA stopped putting the dates on the website. I wrote a bash script to download the dates. 

The program failed today. Further exploration yields the following response with an attempt to read the header:

Is there any hope this will be resolved?
