Station Entrances for the Subway are posted at https://data.ny.gov/Transportation/MTA-Subway-Entrances-and-Exits-2024/i9wp-a4ja/about_data

Will these be added to the GTFS at any point?

Is there a dataset for the LIRR or Metro-North?

The dataset does not exist, not even internally, for LIRR or Metro-North.

We have long term plans to provide an expanded GTFS-Pathways for the subway which would include station entrances for all subway stations, not just accessible ones. This is at a minimum several months away.
