Signup form broken — need API key issued manually

  The sign-up form at api.mta.info/#/signup doesn't load for me; it's been broken across many browsers, devices, and networks for weeks now. I can see from other developers' recent posts that the underlying real-time feed system is fully working. Could someone manually issue me an API key, or point me to a working way to sign up?

I sent you a response already. Do you also want a bus key since thats different

An API key is no longer required to access real time data from the MTA. "Accounts and API keys are no longer required to access these feeds."
