How to deploy CEN SIRI Vehicle Monitoring (VM) Service

Hi folks,

I learned on this SIRI page http://bt.mta.info/wiki/Developers/SIRIVehicleMonitoring that a  SIRI Vehicle Monitoring (VM) service is provided.

Kudos! It took less than a couple of minutes to reach out for the API key and access this VM Service. Great work everyone involved!

So exiting as I am now, I am wondering how I can set up a SIRI VM service by myself. I am appreciating very much if someone could share a road map with me about how I can get there.
