LIRR and MNR under an Elevator & Escalator Status API

I want to access LIRR and MNR API data.
I have obtained the real feed API for:
LIRR: https://api-endpoint.mta.info/Dataservice/mtagtfsfeeds/lirr%2Fgtfs-lirr
MNR: https://api-endpoint.mta.info/Dataservice/mtagtfsfeeds/mnr%2Fgtfs-mnr
However, the data I received from these APIs looks like this:
1 œøí± ¤ 1233 ì 7410691 0835 05082024* 3 . ¬ åí± ¬ åí± " 112ê> 3 Departedê> . ¬ Ôæí± ¬ Ôæí± " 111ê>
I would like to convert this data into JSON format for display. Please find attachment below.
