Unable to get API key

The message I get when I click on  http://mtadatamine.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com
is:

404 Not Found
  • Code: NoSuchWebsiteConfiguration
  • Message: The specified bucket does not have a website configuration
  • BucketName: mtadatamine
Can you please help me?  Thank you!

Same problem here.  I got to the same dead end via the webpage mta.info | Developer Data Downloads which has a link to the same URL Rosie mentions above.

On that Developer Data Downloads page it says...
"To access real-time arrival estimates of railroad trains, subway trains and buses, or real-time vehicle geographic positions, developers must register and receive an official API key. Please click here to request a key."

That whole website seems to be deprecated in favor of new.mta.info/developers
Go there, it'll ultimately direct you to api.mta.info, same account you created in the old site should work here too. 
I just ran into the same problem and found the updated link in the MTA's T&S.

Apparently that API portal is deprecated, go to https://new.mta.info/developers instead, which will ultimately link you to api.mta.info
The dev account you registered in the old portal should work in the new one. 
I just ran into the same issue myself and found a link to the new website in one of their T&Cs.
