IRT live feed issues (2, 4, and 7 lines)

Hi all - for the past week or so it seems like every few minutes all the live 2 train trips temporarily drop from the live IRT feed - and replaced by "fake trips" - with a bunch of empty 2 train trips appearing at the bottom of the feed. Now the 4 and 7 lines are behaving in a similar manner. Any idea what's going on?
