Plaza data

Hello!

Please can someone confirm for me that the daily plaza traffic data's
columns mean the following:

ETC : electronic toll collection - this is the number of cars that
went through the toll using the EZ pass?
CASH: - this is the number of cars that paid cash?

Also, is there any way to relate the plaza id to a physical location?

ETC : electronic toll collection - yes, this is the number of vehicles
(not just cars) that went through the toll plaza using the E-ZPass.
CASH: Yes, this is the number of vehicles (not just cars) that paid
cash.

Here is the key for the plaza ID numbers. I will post this key online
as well.

1 = Robert F. Kennedy Bridge Bronx Plaza
2 = Robert F. Kennedy Bridge Manhattan Plaza
3 = Bronx-Whitestone Bridge
4 = Henry Hudson Bridge
5 = Marine Parkway-Gil Hodges Memorial Bridge
6 = Cross Bay Veterans Memorial Bridge
7 = Queens Midtown Tunnel
8 = Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel
9 = Throgs Neck Bridge
11 = Verrazano-Narrows Bridge
