[MTA] Early access to Queens Bus Network Redesign GTFS files

Hi MTA developer community,

We’ve published early access GTFS files for the first phase of the Queens Bus Network Redesign, which takes effect on June 29, 2025. The files are available at the links below through June 30:

The Queens Bus Network Redesign is a comprehensive overhaul of the bus network in Queens (and parts of Brooklyn), introducing substantial changes to routes, stops, and operations. The redesign includes new route numbers, a new route type (Rush routes), hundreds of bus stop changes (additions, relocations, and removals), and shifts in operational ownership between New York City Transit and MTA Bus Company.

We're providing early access to give you additional time to process these changes and support a smooth experience for your users. These GTFS files will also be posted at their normal locations on the MTA developer portal on June 25, when the rest of the summer bus schedules ​are published.

Hi MTA developer community,

Tomorrow, June 25, the MTA will publish the finalized GTFS files for the Summer 2025 bus schedule on the MTA developer portal. As mentioned previously, this release will include Phase 1 of the Queens Bus Network Redesign.
