Ability to view buses without a specified block

Hello! I'm quite new to developing and I have a plan to create a website using MTA's Bustime's API (SIRI). Whenever I input a bus that is not currently in service (or doesn't have an assigned block), it shows no information of the bus. Is it possible to have it print a location tag, even if it doesn't have a block assigned?

Hi there. For security reasons, we don’t show buses that are not in passenger service.
