Access Denied Error

Hi --

I am just getting started trying to access the MTA API's.

I tried this URL from the documentation

https://mnorth.prod.acquia-sites.com/wse/LIRR/gtfsrt/realtime/[your key here]/json

Of course, replacing "[your key here]" with my actual API key but I get "Access Denied"

I have contacted the MTA through the dashboard but not gotten any response.

Is there another step I need to take to activate my key?

Following up as well. It would be cool to have this update public. I'd like access to the gtfs feed as well and am getting the same error.

I looked around a bit more and found the TrainTime API which works with my key, but I'm finding this API to be a little lacking in the API department. Response payloads seem a little excessive.

Probably could have something in AWS that periodically pings these data feeds to produce better data feeds of my own.

Anyone looking to potentially pair up on an app? (I've already started an Android one using this API)

Any update on this or know how I can go about getting my API key to work with the MTA Metro North Train Times?

Following the same format and pasting my API key where it says '[your key here]' but am getting

Same story with 'Access Denied' error while trying to access real-time data for LIRR.

I think alternatively, we can just parse the MTA website showing real-time data, but in case they change the website, it'd stop working.
