Static LIRR Train Schedule, Stops, ETC...

Where can I find static information for the LIRR schedules?  I'm trying to figure out what the tripId, routeId, directionId, stopId from the real-time data feed correlate to but I don't have a reference.  For instance, what does a "routeId": "7" or a "stopId": "65"  map to?  The url: http://web.mta.info/developers/developer-data-terms.html#data contains a LIRR Train Time link that is broken.

There is a static data feeds portion of that link that you sent. I was wondering how you are using the live data api for the LIRR because the link does not work for me. Thanks

Anywhere with more valid data? Trip with id  EMDE_201_6354_2634_METS appears in the text file but does not seem to be an actual trip. This is a Port Washington trip that departs Penn Station at 2:15 pm.
