Hi,

We recently noticed that the LIRR feed has a new transfers.txt file. The only thing differentiating some rows is a non-GTFS compliant field called `required_stop_id`.  Here's an example from the top of the file:

from_stop_id,to_stop_id,required_stop_id,from_trip_id,to_trip_id,transfer_type,min_transfer_time
102,102,241,GO101B_22_2800,GO101B_22_2,0,0
102,102,148,GO101B_22_2800,GO101B_22_2,0,0

This is invalid per the GTFS reference, since the primary key for the file does not include `required_stop_id`. Is there a reason why this was added, and if so, is there documentation about it? The feed should optimally follow the GTFS spec.

thanks,
Jeremy Steele, backend developer at Transit app
