How is `ExpectedArrivalTime` computed?

Hi!

When I make an API call to the `stop_monitoring` endpoint, for each bus, I get an `ExpectedArrivalTime` field for each MonitoredVehicleJourney.

I'm wondering how this field is calculated. Does it take into account traffic conditions, for instance? I couldn't find any documentation for this field.
