new bus API not working

I just got a new API today and when I test it at the link below.  I get an error saying the API key is not authorized.  note that when I tested it I had my correct API key in the URL


this is the message I get....  {"Siri":{"ServiceDelivery":{"ResponseTimestamp":"2025-09-25T18:50:53.862-04:00","VehicleMonitoringDelivery":[{"ResponseTimestamp":"2025-09-25T18:50:53.862-04:00","ErrorCondition":{"OtherError":{"ErrorText":"API key is not authorized."},"Description":"API key is not authorized."}}]}}}


any suggestions?

I have had the same problem.  Has  anyone received a reply and an explanation and/or fix?
