MTA Bus Time now supports <a href="https://github.com/google/transit/tree/master/gtfs-realtime/spec/en"> GTFS-Realtime</a>

TripUpdates, VehiclePositions, and Alerts are available at the following URLs

We intend to continue supporting SIRI, but we encourage those that can make use of GTFSrt to do so. 

That said, there may be some additional limits applied to the SIRI API in the future to improve performance for all users of the system.

This is supported as part of Bus Time, which itself is a fork of OBA.

Is the GTFS-RT feed for MTA Buses still supported. I don't think it is mentioned in the web site documentation. Recently it often goes for up to 20 minutes between updates.
