N train with trips to 96 St

Hello,

I have noticed in the supplemented GTFS that there are some N trips that are running via the Q to/from 96 St, about six trips per weekday. There is no Planned Service alert for this line segment. Is this reroute expected?

In these cases is it advisable to remove these trips as outliers, or is the MTA now including small redistribution reroutes like this in the GTFS?

These trips are part of the regular schedule (see the PDF timetable) and are not part of a supplement or unscheduled service change, so there is no alert for them.
