Changing FramedVehicleJourneyRef and Destination?

I'm QAing SIRI data for bus line Q58 that I'm pulling every 2 minutes and I'm finding several oddities in the data. I am tracking VehicleRef = 7299 around 7am on 6/21/24 (screenshot of issue attached below):

1. The FramedVehicleJourneyRef field sometimes references a different bus line instead of Q58 (e.g. B7)
2. The FramedVehicleJourneyRef field can change multiple times within a single trip (e.g. from 040500_B7_607 to 039900_B7_605 to 040400_Q58_828 to 041200_Q58_830 to 041000_Q58_826)
3. The DestinationName can also change (between LIMITED and non-LIMITED status)

Do you know what is happening in these cases? Do you know if the data is reliable and do you have any recommendation for how to address these issues?
