Where is the latest nyct-subway.proto file hosted?

Hi there,

Is there a canonical place to download the latest version of the nyct-subway.proto? I have one from a few years ago and would like to check if there are any updates in newer versions I should be using.

I'm finding previous links to this URL but that's a 404.
