[MNR] [GTFS] Arrival/Departure Time Error

Trips #10808354 and #10808967 (New Haven-State St to Grand Central) have their first stop with arrival/departure times increased by 24 hours (with the hour set to 41) and after the following stops.  This obviously results in problems with calculating journeys.

This is present in the most recent GTFS update as well as (at least) the previous one.  Can this be fixed in the GTFS data?
