Access to historical signal alerts with station information

I know there are several threads on inconsistent access to historical data for MTA GTFS data.

• Was there a resolution to these queries about whether historical GFTS data exists? 
• Are there any datasets of historical signal alerts with stop information included? The current dataset on Open Data only lists the overall subway line that was impacted.
