Missing route colors

Hello,

I noticed that the Q109's route color is blank in the `/api/where/routes-for-agency/` OBA API route.

Also, in the subway static GTFS routes.txt, the SI, FS, and H route ids are missing their route colors as well.

Are there any plans to fill in these missing colors in the future?
