Huge amount of inaccuracy complaints

More and more of my users are deleting my app and reporting inaccuracy as the reason.

The GTFS data streams seem to have gotten less and less accurate. I'm trying to get people to report exact stations, trains, and times, but of course in a moment of frustration few are willing to help improve the product.

I'm using GTFS RT for train information and the data seems to have gotten much much worse in the last ~14 days. Did anything change?

I've been testing my MTA app a lot. I've been comparing my ETAs to the platform arrival clocks and even comparing it to other apps including the MTA's. I would say it's accurate. I'm referring to the MTA RT feed. My wife was using the app this morning and complaining about how my app didn't match another apps ETA times. When I took a look at her phone she was comparing two different directions up and downtown! I'm just saying that perhaps there's a little user error there? Maybe build in a feedback option within the app so people can send you info at the time it's happening?
