NYS Open Data: MTA Bus Route Segment Speeds

I don't know whether It's proper to address this group about this problem.

For both the 2023-2024 and the 2025 feeds, there appears to be a mistake with the Timestamp column. The timestamp never increases beyond 01 for each month.

I received a quick email reply from the request I made on the portal. It seems this is a "feature". The data is averaged by month. They use a date YYYY-MM-DD notation for month/year. I didn't read the fine print carefully enough to spot it.
