Ask her to check out these places,

TIFR (Dr Ulhas Kolthur's lab)

NCBS (many people there are working on cancer bio)

Abbott R&D Goregaon(for her drug delivery and pharmacokinetics specialisation)

she can also look up ACTREC(Tata Cancer res insti, Kharghar), however ACTREC has a very comprehensive process and involves a formal screening with a written exam.

I have worked in all these places except Abbott, so she can contact me if she needs help of any manner.
