Thank you guys for your support.. we have got good responses from SECL, NCL, CCL, CIL HQ. In ECL we are almost done. we would intimate the total signatures received in a short while... people at other subsidiaries are requested to cooperate.

We have also started a Group known as YOUNG COAL INDIA (YCI)
Young Coal India (YCI) is an exclusive group for all the young executives of Coal India Limited (CIL) who have joined the Company as Management Trainees after May 2009.


We belong to a different generation and have different aspirations and expectations from the organization. Similarly our problems are different. On top of that CIL is ignoring our problems, which creates a need for us to organize in form of a group.

It is seen that there are several groups of Management Trainees in FB, Google, Yahoo, etc., based on different disciplines or different year of joining. YCI aims to bring us all into one common forum.

YCI is aimed to be a forum where young executives can bring forward their issues, discuss them, try to find solutions, raise demand in an organized manner and if necessary, can create a movement for such issues.

All Young Coal Indians are requested to join the group and support its activities in best possible manner. Those in Facebook may join https://www.facebook.com/groups/youngcoalindia/. YCI is also having a Google-group.
